Pedasí y Azuero

Pacífico, folclor y una vida de pueblo que todavía conserva su identidad.

A coast with its own identity

Pedasí and Tonosí sit on the Azuero Peninsula, a region known for folklore, crafts and towns that still maintain a recognizable local life. The coast adds surf, fishing, beaches and important natural areas.

Pedasí works as a base; Playa Venao adds an international surf and wellness community; Cambutal feels more rustic and remote.

The season changes the experience

  • Venao and Cambutal offer surf and beach life.
  • Isla Iguana combines clear sand, reef, birds and boat outings.
  • Humpback whales visit the coast from July to October.
  • Isla Cañas and other beaches protect seasonal sea-turtle nesting.

When you begin imagining a home or project

Review dry-season water, access, easements, distance to services, environmental restrictions and whether existing construction is documented. A coastal parcel’s appearance does not explain its legal status.

A sound Azuero decision combines the emotion of the place with the reality of water, access and land.
