How we can assist
What we can review
The analysis concerns the specific property, rather than the advertisement or discussions with the seller alone. We consider the available records, intended use and payment arrangements. A document review may require additional checks on site or input from other professionals.
Ownership and the seller’s authority
We review available registry information, the parties’ identities and any powers of attorney or authorizations supplied for the sale.
Encumbrances and records
We examine mortgages, attachments and other entries shown in the documents, identifying points that need clarification.
Title, possession and boundaries
We identify whether the offer concerns registered property or possessory rights. We compare the plans and measurements provided and identify outstanding technical checks.
Purchase terms
We review the preliminary sale agreement, proposed payments, deed and arrangements for registration within the agreed scope of work.
The first conversation
How the initial review works
During the consultation, we organize the documents, identify uncertainties and define the checks still needed. This can help prepare questions for the seller or proposed conditions before proceeding. It does not guarantee the purchase or replace a technical inspection.

Questions about this service
Can I consult you before signing a preliminary sale agreement?
Yes. Bring the offer or draft so we can review the proposed purchase and terms, even if you do not yet have every document.
Does the review include surveying the property?
Legal consultation and a technical survey are separate services. We clarify whether surveying, inspections or other checks are needed and how they could be coordinated.
