Documents and matter management with Quirós & Quirós
A document is more useful when its matter and purpose are clear. Quirós & Quirós combines professional review with a workspace to organize records and share the information enabled for each client’s matter through their private client area.

How we can assist
What we can review
Matter management connects documents with facts, requirements and actions. The private area lets clients consult records made available by the firm, according to the matter and authorized access.
Receive and identify
Documents are associated with the appropriate client and matter. Providing a record does not confirm its content; its usefulness is examined within the file.
Review and organize
The team examines the background and organizes relevant records. Missing documents and questions are identified to prepare an action or decision.
Prepare the work
Records support contract review, submissions or applications within the engagement. Professional review determines what can be submitted and what needs completion.
Share with the client
Clients can consult enabled documents and deliveries in their private area. Available functions also allow documents to be contributed to a matter where that access applies.
The first conversation
How the initial review works
From Santiago de Veraguas we organize work around each engagement. The consultation clarifies which records are needed and how to provide them. The portal complements contact with the firm: its content depends on what has been reviewed and enabled for the client, and a received file may need verification before use.
