Yes. Provide the full document and explain the purchase, expected amount and concerns. Annexes and incorporated conditions should also be considered.
Can I use a template downloaded online?
It may be a starting document, but must be considered against the actual business arrangement. Names and price are not the only terms that may need adaptation.
Can I consult after signing?
Yes. Bring the signed version and performance records. The consultation then focuses on the agreement, what happened and the alternatives to be examined.
