Yes. The available information provides a starting point. The firm will identify additional information worth requesting to complete the review.
Do you assist heirs living abroad?
Yes, through a remote consultation. Representation and required documents are reviewed according to the person’s country of residence and the particular step involved.
Can you review estate proceedings that have already started?
You may provide the file or the documents you hold. We first review their status and the assistance being requested.
