The consultation distinguishes what can be prepared remotely, what representation is needed and which steps may require personal attendance. We do not assume that one power of attorney covers every procedure or that every matter can be completed without travel.

We coordinate the legal review of inheritance, property and sale records within the engagement accepted by the firm.

Not for an initial consultation about the service. You can explain the matter and show available documents; we then examine whether representation is needed and its scope.
Can you review a document issued in another country?
You may send it through the channel agreed with the firm. We will review its purpose and any additional checks needed for the intended procedure.
Can you guarantee I will not need to travel?
No. This depends on the procedure, the institutions involved and your circumstances. The consultation helps identify steps that may require your presence.
