How we can assist
What we can review
The consultation starts with the people, assets and decisions involved. Choosing a structure requires understanding who will participate, how it will be managed and what follow-up it will need after registration.
Purpose and structure
We review the business or asset-planning objective, participants and intended assets to identify the options worth examining. A company and a foundation are not treated as interchangeable structures.
Formation documents
We organize information to prepare or review the articles of incorporation, foundation charter and other documents appropriate to the chosen structure and agreed engagement.
Management and decisions
We examine responsibilities, representation and how decisions are documented. For foundations, we also review the available governance arrangements and instructions concerning assets.
Changes and continuity
You may consult about amendments, changes of representatives and records. We identify ongoing matters requiring legal follow-up or accounting coordination.
The first conversation
How the initial review works
The initial review clarifies your objective, available records and outstanding decisions. We then propose a scope of work, identify steps requiring verification and establish which costs need confirmation. Registration is not presented as a guarantee of complete asset protection or tax benefits.

Questions about this service
Can I seek advice before creating an entity?
Yes. Explain what you want to organize, who will participate and which assets or activities are involved. This allows the proposed structure to be considered against a specific purpose.
Do you review existing companies and foundations?
Yes. Provide the formation documents and explain the change or problem. The review identifies missing records and the work the firm could undertake.
Does formation include ongoing maintenance?
The scope must be agreed. Formation, resident-agent services and maintenance are described separately in the proposal so you know what is included.
